A cool, creamy, horseradish-kissed sauce that brings cabbage-roll bowls, fries, and sandwiches to life.

Some sauces quietly do their job; this one shows up. Creamy mayonnaise and ketchup bring a familiar sweet-tangy deli flavor, while pickle relish adds a little zip, horseradish brings the kick, and lemon brightens everything. I especially like it with the Deconstructed Cabbage Roll Bowl, where its punch and creaminess balances the warm beef, cabbage, and rice. It also pulls double duty as a dip for fries or a spread for burgers and sandwiches.
