Pacific Northwest Crab Cakes Without the Fuss
When you’re lucky enough to have Dungeness crab, the goal is not to bury it. These cakes keep the filler light so the sweet Pacific Northwest crab stays front and center, with crisp golden edges for contrast.
The blender hollandaise gives you the rich, buttery finish without turning the sauce into a culinary exam (it's super hard to mess up as opposed to the traditional stovetop method). Together they make a dish that feels restaurant-worthy while still being manageable (and fast) at home.
