Hi, I’m Chef Evan — also known as Dad Man, a nickname given to me by my son, Milo. I’m your local chef here in Southern Oregon, dedicated to helping you eat well, feed your family, and enjoy delicious, homemade comfort foods for any occasion. With experience as a caterer, former food truck owner, lifelong home cook, and school nutrition professional feeding 200+ kids scratch-made meals every school day, I bring both passion and practical know-how to every dish. My flavors draw inspiration from around the world, and my commitment to food justice motivates me to source local and organic ingredients whenever possible.
I love bringing bold, unexpected flavors to Medford and the Rogue Valley — dishes you won’t find anywhere else — along with timeless comfort-food classics. Specializing in whole foods cooking and experienced with a number of diets and dietary restrictions, I am available for private chef work and catering, with new meal prep and meal-planning services rolling out in 2026. As a bonus, I'm building an ad-free recipe collection on my site, with many of the dishes available on my catering menus or featured frequently on my Supper Club menu.
