Ingredients

Udon or rice noodles depending on your selection, choice of protein, tamari, toasted sesame oil, light olive oil, rice vinegar, fresh ginger, fresh garlic, peanut-free nut & seed butter, cabbage, carrots, broccoli, snow peas, green onions, sesame seeds, red curry paste (no preservatives or oils), coconut milk, lime juice, spices.

 

Serving suggestions (garnishes not included)

Garnish with cilantro and/or thai basil, toasted cashews or pumpkin seeds, and lime wedges.

 

Packaging

Comes in disposable, microwavable paper containers and requires reheating on the stovetop or in the microwave

 

Reheating

Reheat on the stovetop over medium heat stirring frequently or in the microwave. This dish is also delicious cold!
