Made from scratch with all natural and organic ingredients, delivered directly to your door in Medford and the vicinity. Meals require heating.
I focus on quality ingredients and whole foods. I never use seed oils and purchase organic and local when available and economical. If using conventional ingredients, I ensure they are non-GMO verified. It goes without saying, my creations are free of preservatives, MSG, additives, etc. In these expensive times, I may also offer budget items that are made with conventional ingredients. All item descriptions include a transparent list of ingredients and whether ingredients are organic or not.

Ordering
Order by Friday 5 pm for delivery or pick-up on Mondays.
Delivery
Our delivery range encompasses Medford, Central Point, Jacksonville, and Phoenix. Contact us to arrange special deliveries.
Pick-Up
Pick-up occurs from my address in East Medford near Springbrook Rd and Spring St. The exact address is provided during check-out.
Packaging
Meals are delivered in insulated totes with ice packs and will need to be retrieved and refrigerated within 4 hours of delivery. Leave out empty totes and ice packs the next time you expect a delivery. Meals are packaged in disposal paper containers whenever possible; I strive to avoid plastics and use containers that are eco-friendly as possible. Packaging information can be found in each item description.
Reheat & Chow Down
Each item description also includes reheating instructions. All items can be microwaved in their containers (save for items delivered in aluminum containers). Otherwise, items can be transferred to oven safe dishes for reheating in the oven, air fryer, or toaster oven or reheated on the stove top.
