Delight in a Pacific Northwest–inspired menu that highlights Southern Oregon’s incredible bounty of fresh seafood, local meats, and seasonal vegetables. Perfect for weddings, corporate events, or intimate gatherings, our menu showcase's the region’s best ingredients in every dish.​ Some items may not be available seasonally or may require modification.

For a thoughtfully curated event, we typically recommend starting with two mains, one comfort-food side, one vegetable side or fresh salad, and one dessert—a balanced selection designed to satisfy every guest. Adding a soup and appetizers will really take it to the next level!

We prioritize locally sourced, organic, and naturally grown ingredients whenever possible, supporting the Pacific Northwest’s farms and fisheries. For budget-conscious events, we can also provide high-quality conventional options without compromising flavor.
