I focus on quality ingredients and whole foods. I don't use seed oils and purchase organic and local when available and economical. In these expensive times, I also offer budget items that are made with conventional ingredients. All ingredients are listed in the item descriptions.

Ordering
Order by Friday 9 pm for delivery or pick-up on Mondays.
Delivery
Our delivery range encompasses Medford, Central Point, Jacksonville, and Phoenix. Contact us to arrange special deliveries or pick-up.
Packaging
Meals are delivered in insulated totes with ice packs and will need to be retrieved and refrigerated within 4 hours of delivery. Leave out empty totes and ice packs the next time you expect a delivery. Meals are packaged in disposal paper containers whenever possible; we avoid plastics and aluminums but they are necessary for some items. Packaging information can be found in each item description.
